The youth exchange ‚Let’s talk climate!‘ is organised by Eine Welt Netz NRW e.V. in cooperation with the Nord Süd Forum München and the LCOY conference. By bringing together young people from different countries currently living in Germany, we will create a global picture of climate change and activism. At the same time we will enjoy spending time as an international group, discover youth engagement in Germany and worldwide and hopefully build new friendships.
The highlight of the week will be visiting the LCOY Germany: Europe’s largest youth climate conference that takes place in Munich from 16th to 18th October.
To participate in the program, you must:
- currently be staying in Germany, preferably as part of an exchange or educational program (e.g. weltwärts, kulturweit, ASA, Ausbildung, a semester abroad, etc.)
- speak and understand English at a communication level and German at a basic level
- be aged between 18 and 30
- be interested in learning about climate action
Participation is free and travel costs will be reimbursed up to 90€ per person.
